My Experiences with Neonheads Worldwide.

Without lying, I didn’t really know what was awaiting me before I started my first professional internship at NeonHeadsWorldwide. I wanted to learn about things like collaboration in an international team, Online marketing and many other soft skills. Normally I study Industrial Engineering and Management in Germany, which is really theoretic. So I was super exited about my practical time, but from the beginning it turned, that all my concerns I had were there without any reason. I worked mostly in the Marketing department, cared about social media, did a lot of graphic work, translations and had the chance to visit some events, additionally I was the right hand of the CEO. I am so happy that I had a mentor, who showed me all the things I wanted to see and learn, even if, Monika wasn’t around me all the time. In a very short time I became part of unique team in a very modern and colorful company. The time in Lisbon gave me so much, thank you for having me!

I want to say thank you to all the NeonHeads, especially to our Mama Petra, you always cared about me and my questions, even if you had a million other more important things in your head. Also Nicola, it was a very great time we had, working side by side as the new strangers of the company, thank you for making the time in Bratislava so special. Barbora, even if we never met, you were a really cool teacher and always had an ear for me. Finally, Monika you were the one who found and gave me this amazing opportunity. You are a great great person and always helped me with every problem I had. Thanks for giving me so much back and making my internship extraordinary!

Franz was a big help to the Head of Marketing at the Fashion Crossroads Fashion Show in Brno.

Zuzana or Zu, as everybody calls her, has became a new part of NeonHeads Worldwide crew, as our new Artist Manager.

When you meet Zu for the first time, the first thing you will probably notice is that she is really an energetic and optimistic person. Everything comes from her heart, where she’s got, except her beloved children, space for dance and performance. Dance and movement are so important to her that she decided to establish a dance school with her dance partner, couple of years ago. The EGZ Company, dance school for children became a place that Zu truly loves and is passionate about. It’s also a place, where she can and want to invest her time and energy. Another place where she is developing her creativity is the Pierre Lang company, where she works as a fashion stylist.

We, at NeonHeads Worldwide, are very pleased to welcome such a talented individual as Zu. We are enjoying having Zu on our team, not only because Zu is true professional, but because we know, that all she does, she is doing with enthusiasm and a good energy. All this, without any doubts means a kind of a creative movement for her.

I am 25 years old master graduate of Fashion and Luxury Brand Management at Istituto Marangoni in Milan with 3+ years experience in PR, marketing, branding and events. I have started my career as a Marketing Coordinator and later joined Bonder & Co, a luxury villa rental, concierge and events company in Spain, as a PR & Events Manager. This experience has brought me to NeonHeads Worldwide, where I am taking care of my UK and Asian clients by creating the perfect event entertainment for their events and pursuing new NeonHeads’ plans and projects.

I am very friendly person who loves to socialize, meet new people and travel. I am obsessed with lifestyle magazines and blogs and I am constantly following new trends in fashion, style, design and technology, which also helps me to stay on top of new trends in the entertainment industry.

I’m  really into Circus themes right now, either glam or vintige. It’s very special and alluring when pushed to another level with various circus characters, cool costumes and mesmerizing shows.”

We are always honored to cooperate with an international successful superstars. We were pleasured this time as well, when we had a chance to cooperate with an incredible singer – Ewa Farna at her 10th anniversary concert.

The very expected concert of a huge size took place on November 11th in Prague and it was a really breathtaking and emotional performance. So, if you wonder how this unique show was created and wish to look to the background of preparations, you should read further. You will see how hard and responsibly were dancers, choreographers, supervisors and costume designers working to create such an unforgettable show.

All the preparations for Ewa’s megaconcert have started a long time ahead of the show itself. First of all, the most important were artists and their choreographies, which were created by an amazing dancer and choreographer, Gabika Vengrinovičova.. She created an original, tailor-made choreographies to Ewa’s top hits of the decade. All artists had been practicing for weeks till they met Ewa personally. They had met her only a few days before a concert itself and by their own words, they really enjoyed every training with her. At least you can see their smiles and happy faces at the picture below.

Costume expectations for Ewa’s concert were, to keep it rock & sexy in black, silver and blue colors, due to Ewa’s costumes. The costumes designers did their best to prepare the costumes for dancers, for acrobat Lucia Štulrajterová hanging on cube and for artists dancing galanty. At the concert by Ewa’s and some other famous guest artists side, an 4in1artists were looking perfect in their modern and flirty costumes, which were supported by an engaging make-up and hair. The costumes were made in our atelier in Bratislava, so we were sending all the pictures of designs to choreographer residing in Prague. She was consulting it here with Ewa Farna herself. We sewed a made-to-measure silver and black rollnecks and we had also cut some overalls to body, which was a huge success in Ewa’s view, so we were sending some more of them to Prague, a few days after fitting.

And when the evening of the most expected concert of Ewa Farna came, everything was perfect! Dancers did their best and had an amazing experience to share the stage with such superstar like Ewa Farna clearly is. Of course, not only 4in1artists had a night of their dreams. Ewa declared, that it was also the night of her own dreams. She had no words, how perfect everything, including emotions and atmosphere, was.

Thank you Ewa Farna, her team and 4in1artists for making all the dreams come true and for making really wonderful memories for so many Ewa Farna‘s fans.

Betty, a professional fashion stylist and journalist, lately became a part of our NeonHeads team as a costume designer/stylist and blogger.

After she finished her studies at School of Applied Arts in the field of fashion styling and marketing, she begun her professional fashion stylist career. She has been working for dozens of lifestyle magazines and websites and cooperated with many artists, fashion designers and brands. She has also been doing fashion styling for various modeling agencies and worked for school of fashion. Since her school times she has been writing a fashion blog. Now she has her own website focused on fashion editorials and style guides, which she runs with her team of industry professionals. Except writing for her own website, she is writing several other blogs for brands, for whom she is also doing an on-line marketing. And last but not least, Betty also has section of fashion & beauty and section of lifestyle in the magazine. She has open and creative mind, loves people and creative atmosphere all around her. She can see inspiration in everything, so when she has a time for relax, designing and sewing is what she is probably doing. She is always working hard to create the most useful, helpful and effective solutions for the very best result of any project.

Peter- the head of HR and Logistics in NeonHeads Worldwide, who has been part of the team behind NeonHeads.com and 4in1ARTISTS for 7 years now. His first connection with the company was in June 2009, when he wished to become a supervisor. However, there very few obstacles in the communication and so, one day he decided to contact the CEO – Petra Marko Navarro herself to ask what he has to do to get a chance to become part of the team. Till today, Peter went through different positions and therefore, knows the company very well. He started as a supervisor at events, occasional runner, later on he added to his job description cashier, which later on was connected to all important aspects of accounting. Not only he has a strong knowledge in his field, but can connect with all the 4in1ARTISTS on both professional and personal level and become a person they can relate to. His current position – Manager of Logistics is a combination of all his previous job experiences from NeonHeads.
