Peter- the head of HR and Logistics in NeonHeads Worldwide, who has been part of the team behind NeonHeads.com and 4in1ARTISTS for 7 years now. His first connection with the company was in June 2009, when he wished to become a supervisor. However, there very few obstacles in the communication and so, one day he decided to contact the CEO – Petra Marko Navarro herself to ask what he has to do to get a chance to become part of the team. Till today, Peter went through different positions and therefore, knows the company very well. He started as a supervisor at events, occasional runner, later on he added to his job description cashier, which later on was connected to all important aspects of accounting. Not only he has a strong knowledge in his field, but can connect with all the 4in1ARTISTS on both professional and personal level and become a person they can relate to. His current position – Manager of Logistics is a combination of all his previous job experiences from NeonHeads.

Young people usually start their summer with big vacation plans, music and parties on their mind. But the driven and ambitious dancers, who wished to become part of #4in1ARTISTS crew, had a different dance floors in mind.

At the beginning of July, 30 talented girls from around Slovakia and Czech Republic came to Prague, to join a week long dance workshop. Workshop, which will determined if they are going to be #4in1ARTIST. And why Prague? Glad you ask? Because, awesome thing happened and we’ve opened another training location, in the old and beautiful Prague!!

TOP 30, chosen from more than 70 video applications, had started the week with tones of a energy and good vibes. With strong motivation, nothing could discourage them from being in the dance hall every day from early morning till late evening.

We could not have been happier to see just how much passion they have and how badly they want to become part of our team. Learning challenging choreographies from Burlesque to Broadway was truly hard. Not only they had to remember different choreographies, but do so with different teachers. However, there is no group of dancers, a talented choreographer can’t motivate to do their best. Monika Sakmanova, Filip Jankovič, Silvia Bartošova and Gabi Vengřinovičová did their best to make this week unforgettable for the TOP 30.

Unfortunately, by the end of the week, we had to face the hardest task of all – choose the TOP 10 girls who will join the 4in1ARTISTS.com crew. Saying good bye to all of the dancers was really hard, but we are not sad. We are happy that it happened and we had the chance to meet all of them. And we hope more girls will want to fulfill their dreams and sign up for our still-running video casting.

2 last days were dedicated to the best 10 dancers who are now part of our family. A family where creativity has no limits. 4in1ARTISTS is not only about fuzzy feelings and living your dreams. It’s community of people who have perfect conditions to train, improve, travel and love your job.

It is not job, if you love it, is it? It’s a passion.
